Trip Planning Fees

Shorter or Single Destination Trips Start at : $2,500 +

Multi-Destination Trips Start at : $5,000 +

Multi-Generation, Groups + Longer Trips Start at : $10,000 +

Fees can vary based on the scope and timeline of each request.

Yearly Retainer

For clients and families who require a more hands on approach to travel planning and enjoy traveling often with high touch and detail, a retainer model is preferred to the above single trip planning fees.

Yearly Retainer Starts at $30,000 per year +

Retainers are renewed on a yearly basis. The Retainer will vary based on personal needs, scope and hours required each year. If you opt for a trip planning fee and decide to move to the retainer model within that same calendar year, your initial investment may apply towards the retainer.

All single trips planning fees paid to Bon Appétit Travels are to be paid upfront and are completely non-refundable. 

We know things happen and plans can change so we are always happy to provide travel insurance and assist with recommending the appropriate coverage. Travel insurance is always recommended to protect your investment.
